A cross between LBXI and LBXII, the seductive darkness of the LBX-S blends the green "Clean" channel with the red "Full Burn" channel for a different soundscape from crystal-clear cleans rising up to that crisp modern British sound with high-gain attitude.

Equipped with four JJ ECC83S (12AX7) preamp tubes and two JJ EL84 power tubes, this easy-to-carry lunchbox head also includes gain controls and dual concentric volume controls for precise and independent control of each channel, as well as shared EQ Presence and a resonance control.

Set a clean, crystal-clear sound or turn up the gain for a bluesier counterpart on the Green channel, press the one-button footswitch to select the Red channel for a no-frills overdrive sound that sets blazing leads with sustain that lasts for days.

Power can be reduced by three-quarters to 3.5W via a switch on the back of the amp.
